Neighboring Communication Center (KIMER) was established in order to carry out the demands, suggestions and complaints of our citizens residing in Kartal in relation to the business and services of our municipality as quickly as possible by using all channels of communication.

Call Center (24/7), Welcoming Center, Coordination Center, Information Center and Mobile Team units operate within the scope of Neighbor Communication Center.

KIMER, which records approximately 500 requests, suggestions and complaints on average in a day, has transformed the service process into an easily reportable format with its special software programs. In this way, it is possible to plan the services and investments in the neighborhoods in order to facilitate the life of our citizens.

KİMER which serves our citizens in Kartal for 7/24, attracts attention as one of the most important example of accessible municipalism.
